Loft Hatch with Youngman Ladder
Unique Loft Hatch with integrated Youngman Telescopic Loft Ladder. The ladder is already fitted to the rear of the Loft Access frame. Suitable for ceilings where regular access to loft space is required.
Designed to fit into a structural membrane of a joint-less plasterboard ceiling system. The panel is manufactured with a 25mm wide picture surround frame. The panel has a Metal faced door locked in place via a 3 Point Lock as standard.
The Panel is Powder Coated RAL 9010 30% White Gloss. Other colours available upon request.
The panel is fitted with a Youngman Loft Ladder, which is made of anodised aluminium, is supplied with 9 treads (floor to hatch height: 2170mm to 2610mm) and has load capacity of 150kg (23.6st). The ladder locking and release are automatic. The ladder is tested in accordance with EN 14975.
