We manufacture access panels, roof hatches and ladders in the UK, and sell them direct - so the people who make the product are the people who answer the phone.

Jakdor is a trading name of Surespan Ltd - a UK manufacturer of access solutions. Jakdor is the direct side of that business: the standard ranges, priced openly, available to order online without a quote request or an account application.

That matters most when a specification is tight. Because the factory is ours, a non-standard size is a manufacturing job rather than a supplier chase, and a question about a fire rating gets answered by someone who knows how the panel was tested.

Fire rated
Fire rated, tested as assemblies

Our fire rated panels are tested as a complete assembly - door and frame together - up to 2 hours. That is the rating you sign off, not a component figure.

Made to measure
Made to your measurements

Most of what we sell never touches a shelf. Give us a structural opening and we manufacture to it, rather than making you design around a stock size.

Off the shelf, out the door

Standard sizes are stocked and priced online. Order before 2:30pm Monday to Thursday (12pm Friday) for next-working-day delivery to Mainland UK.

Trade pricing without the phone call

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout - 5% from £500 and 10% from £1,000 - so you get the trade rate without negotiating for it.
