Plasterboard panels are manufactured from 1.0mm Zintec steel incorporating plasterboard infill and have a frame finished in a white powder coating (RAL 9010 20% gloss). The 1.0mm thick metal door has a 25mm concealed beaded frame made of 1.2mm Zintec steel and a chrome plated cupboard style hinges. The panel is secured using a budget lock with a steel screw in bung.
