Fire Rated Ceiling and Wall Access Door

Fire rated interior Plasterboard door beaded frames are designed to fit into jointless plasterboard walls, wall partitions and suspended ceiling systems. The beaded frame allows skim plastering as well as tape and jointing on site for a concealed frameless finish.

Manufacture

Fire rated doors are manufactured from 1.2mm and 1.0mm zintec steel with a 25mm concealed beaded frame. Finished in white RAL 9010 awith 20% gloss and opens with chrome plated cupboard style hinge which is secured using a three way lock with a steel screw in bung.

Fire Rated

The CAD/WAP.A/FR60/120 access panel has been successfully tested to give up to 1 hour integrity in a ceiling system and 2 hours for a wall system. All in accordance with BSEN 1634-1:2008 and BSEN 1363-1:1988. Fire rated access panels have intumescent strips fitted on the frames - please DO NOT interfere with these seals.

Zintec steel metal door and 25mm concealed beaded frame surround.
Supplied with a three way lock and a Metal Tee Key.
Door and Frame Powder Coated in RAL 9010 White, 20% Gloss.
Can be used as a wall access panel OR a ceiling access panel.
Manufactured from non-combustible materials.
