The new Surespan Aluminium Thermally Broken Roof Hatch - Gas Assisted Roof Hatch
Roof Access Hatch - Complete with gas spring assisted opening is thermally broken and insulated with CFC and HCFC free insulation providing a U-Value of 0.43W/²K. This offers a high level of thermal insulation against heat loss and condensation, together with excellent sound absorption properties.
These roof hatches feature a modern, stylish aesthetic in a mill finish aluminium, which has been designed from the ground up to provide easy installation as well as high performance. Our Roof Hatches are leading the way with an entirely unique design, manufactured from Aluminium with 50mm CFC and HCFC free insulation. The standard height 300mm upstand is filled with 50mm insulation with a unique SureClip FlashFast membrane fixing system.
