Our beaded frames are designed to be installed directly into a clear structural opening and screw-fixed into place, the 25mm beaded frame allows for tape and jointing on site with a wet finish this provides a flush access panel with no visible frame. These panels are intended for internal use only and are suitable for drywall, gypsum board and plasterboard wall or ceiling finish.

Manufacture

Metal panels are manufactured from Zintec steel and finished in a white powder coating (RAL 9010 20% gloss). The 1.0mm thick removeable flush metal door has a 25mm wide beaded Frame made from 1.2mm thick Zintec steel and a concealed continuous hinge which is secured using a budget lock.

Available in the standard sizes or manufactured to suit any size. We can offer single, double or multi access doors with a variety of locking options depending on security/user requirements.

Door and Frame Fully Polyester Powder Coated in RAL 9010 White, 20% Gloss.

Access Panels Sizes

Please note that on installation of the access panel, the actual size of the structural opening in the ceiling/wall needs to be 5mm larger than the overall panel size eg. Structural opening for 600 x 600 would need to be 605 x 605 (See sizes below). Non standard sizes for access panels are available upon request, please contact our sales department.
