Fire Rated Tile Faced Access Door

These bespoke fire rated tile access panels are made to order to accomodate a variety of tile sizes and tile grouts. The metal frame incorporates a 12.5mm moisture resistant plasterboard infill. Please note all standard panels are designed for interior use only, for areas of high humidity or in tiled walls that may get wet our stainless steel panel must be chosen. Manufacture

Metal tile panels are manufactured from 1.5mm Zintec steel and finished in a white powder coating (RAL 9010 20% gloss). The recessed door is lined with 12.5mm moisture resistant plasterboard. The door uses a quick release sliding pin hinge system which is secured using a three way lock.

All ceramic tile access doors are made to order to ensure a discrete fitting.

Fire Rated

The CAD/WAP.D/FR60/120 access panel has been successfully tested to give up to 1 hour integrity in a ceiling system and 2 hours for a wall system. All in accordance with BS 476-22. Fire rated access panels have intumescent strips fitted on the frames - please DO NOT interfere with these seals.

Fire Rated to BS 476-22.
Zintec steel metal door and 12.5mm Plasterboard infill.
Supplied with a three way lock and a metal Tee Key.
Door and Frame Powder Coated in RAL 9010 White, 20% Gloss.
Wall access panel only
Manufactured from non-combustible materials.
